This statement is designed to inform the user of this website about the kind, extent and intention of collection and use of personal data by the IFZW-Group.

The IFZW-Group takes data security very seriously and uses personalised data confidentially and according to the law. As there can be changes to this data security statement because of new technology and recurring improvement of this website, we advise you to re-read this data security statement from time to time.

You can find the definition of used terms (e.g. “personal data” or “data handling”) in Art. 4 DSGVO. (German version of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Access Data

Because of our qualified interest (s. Art 6 section. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) we collect data about access to this website and secure them as “server-log files” on the website’s server. Following data are registered:

  • Volume of sent data in Byte
  • Root/reference from which you got to this site
  • Used Browser
  • Used operating System
  • Used IP-Address

These server-log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and are deleted afterwards. This data is stored because of security reasons, e.g. to solve cases of misuse. If data need to be kept in order to be used as evidence, they are exempt from deletion until final resolution of the incident.

Usually any information collected through these cookies, is transferred to a Google server in the US and stored there.

On this website IP-anonymising takes effect. Inside the European Union, the European Economic Area and other contracting states of the agreement the User’s IP-address will be shortened. Only in individual cases will the IP-address initially be sent unshortenend to a Google server in the US and then will be shortened there. Shortening this address makes any reference to your person impossible. The sent IP-address will never be combined with other saved data by google.

Within the agreement for the contract data agreement which we as website operator have entered into with Google Inc., Google Inc. evaluates the website usage and activity and provides services in connection with the internet usage on the basis of the collected information.

As mandated by us, the collected data are used by Google, to evaluate the use of our online offering by individual users, to create activity reports of our website and to improve our offering.

Deletion of data

Stored data will be deleted, if no longer needed for the specific function or if there are no legal duties to store them.
